Merry CHRISTmas!

Tis' the Season for fun and laughter!! And boy have we been having some serious fun! :-) Early last week we had two special visitors - Teachers from a local Elementary School, and a group from Durban Christian Center South! Each group brought such fun and shared the Christmas spirit with the small chunk of children we have for the Christmas break. The teachers brought donations, a bounce house, ice cream, hot dogs, and face paint!! The Durban Christian Center group did an amazing skit about Jesus' birth for the children and then shared some presents with them as well!! It was so fun and lively!!

Otherwise Israel and I have really enjoyed the quality time we have been having with the 28 children that are here! It has been crazy to go from 105 to 28! It is the lowest number in years, apparently. The majority will be coming back in the beginning of January, but several have left permanently back to their homes! We pray for their nurturing growth in the love of Christ in their new environment!

We spend most of the day playing Uno, Blink (which is similar to Uno), home made Pick Up Sticks, or the all time favorite, Fruit Ninja on my iPad ;0).

We are very excited that we were able to get them a variety of presents for Christmas! Thank you Elevation for your love and generosity as well as the Snyder's!!

We also want to take a minute to wish you all a very, very Merry Christmas! May it be full of love, laughter and the fullness that the Lord will bring you in this new approaching year!! We are beyond blessed, doing well and so in love with Africa!!
