Bekunjani Eskoleni? How was school?

Happy Sunday All. Even though the greater handful of our children have not been able to go to school for several weeks, we are still having them study and work hard! If I am not pulling them a grade at a time, I house hope and have them practice their Zulu and English! A week ago Pastor Jay and his family came to preach with the children. He generally comes once a month with his wife and daughter to share the word! The children especially love when he comes because he brings chips or treats! ;-)

Saturday we had Food For Life come feed us some delicious Indian Food (can not think of the name)! All the children had as much as they wanted and we fellowshipped together for lunch. It was lovely! Thank you for that foundation that makes sure the children of tomorrow are fed!

Today Uncle Noel preached on the 'laying on of hands', through Hebrews 6: 2-3, Numbers 27:18 and Genesis 48:14-20. It was awesome to connect these focal stories in regards to the importance of the laying of hands on people; but not just any people and only through the power and the Spirit of our living Father in Heaven!

This week will hopefully bring us our car - prayer for obtaining it would be appreciated. There is some South African timing/shenanigans going on that we are not accustomed to. But it is purchased!! :-) Thank you Lord for your provisions and joyful hearts as we wake up each new day in you!

Israel has started painting the doors and frames of each house with a shinny new green coat! Next up will be the roofs.

God is good and we are blessed! Even when Colenso around us has seemed to fall apart we have always been safe, secure and full of joy and love!! He is the protector and commander and we know that things will begin to settle and life will move forward! Again, thank you for your prayer and support!!
